Muisca - Personal Project

I'm a city person, but after the pandemic, I craved a change of scenery. So, I packed my bags and moved to the countryside. There, I stumbled upon a house with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Inspired by the ever-changing landscape, I decided to capture its magic through a time-lapse project. For nine months, I mounted the GoPro on the window (a year would have been ideal, but my GoPro decided to take a tumble!), patiently recording time-lapses of the same scene throughout the day.
In this project, I experimented with blending photography and 2d character animation. My aim was to ensure that both elements played a crucial role in conveying the essence of the piece. Through this blend of techniques, I wanted to share a glimpse into the whimsical weather patterns of the tropical Andes, as seen from my unique perspective.
